Each Thai province is represented and all structures are realistically reproduced to the scale of 1:3 to 3:4 of the originals. Vimarnmek, the largest golden teakwood structure in the world that teems with memories of the court of King Chulalongkorn (Rama the Fifth) at the turn of 20th century. For six years it was the residence of the King whose reign covered the all-important period of transition between conservative “old” and progressive “new” in the modern history of Thailand.
