Koh Hong is well-known for its splendid beach, limpid sea and wonderful landscape. Various activities are available such as snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing and sightseeing. Koh Hong comprises of large and small limestone islands. The largest of these is also known as Lao Billeh Island. These rugged islands are shaped like half-circles, forming bays with both shallow and deep water. This offers perfect condition for diving and fishing. Other islands besides Loa Billeh Island are: Lakah or Sakkah, Lao Riem, Pakka and Lao Lahding Islands. Koh Hong has a tropical monsoon climate with two major seasons: the Rainy Season from May - October, and the Dry Season from Novenber - April. There are many sunny days during the Rainy Season (showers customarily last little more than 2 or 3 hours). September is the wettest month. The best period is from November to February with average temperature between 21 and 34 degree Celcius.

Koh Poda is located about 30 minutes by boat from the shore. There are plenty of activities on this island such as snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing. In recent years, Koh Poda has been gaining great reputation for its natural beauty.
