This tour will take you pass many welknown sites on picturesque Phuket Island. You begin with a visit to a local rubber plantation to observe rubber tapping demonstration. Continue to Wat Chalong, the island’s largest most sacred Thai Buddhist temple, long revered for its enshrined bronze images of three notable monks. We then move on to Rawai Beach to visit the Sea Gypsy Village, the indigenous people of Phuket who still keep very much within their own close community. You will stop at Promthep Cape for a spectacular view of this peninsula. On the beach road you will make photo-stops at Karon, Karon Noi and Patong Beaches. You return to the town of Phuket with its colonial Portuguese buildings where you may browse or shop for cultured pearls and handmade local souvenirs.
