PHU 006 / Full Day Sea Canoe Adventure
Time Schedule:
Tour Description:
Daily: am
Southern Thailand’s Phang Nga Bay is a sea kayaking paradise. Unique limestone islands tower above the calm water of this beautiful setting. From the hotel, your tour begins aboard an air-conditioned motor coach with a scenic drive to the northern tip of Phuket Island. Here, you will board a 45-foot boat for a trip into Phang Nga Bay. As you travel to your first stop, your captain will acquaint you with the operations of the inflatable kayaks that will be used. Stepping aboard your kayak, an experienced guide will paddle you through three separate sea caves – some filled with stalactites or bats – and into a world that is seldom seen by humans. Within each island is a small tropical lagoon with exotic plants, animals, birds and coral reefs. You will spend a few quiet minutes experiencing each of these unique settings. A delicious seafood lunch and refreshments will be served on board. You will make your way back to shore and to your waiting motor coach for the drive back to the hotel.

PHU 008 / Full Day Diving at Shark Point and Anemone Reef
Time Schedule:
Tour Description:
Daily: am / pm
Shark Point (Depth 9-22 meters, visibility 15-20 meters)
At shark point, expect to see a profusion of marine life—sea fans and wire corals, soft and hard corals, barrel sponges, damselfish, bait fish, groupers, butterfly fish, lion fish, anemones and attendant anemone fish, wrasses and trigger fish, among other species. Lots of leopard sharks used to inhabit the area. You will be greeted by some moray eels looking for a handout. The so-called “Eel Nursery” is a legacy of regular hand-feeding by local divers.
Anemone Reef (Depth 6-23 meters, visibility 15-20 meters)
Anemone Reef lies close to Shark Point, and supports a similar marine life. Unlike Shark Point this site is entirely submerged. The upper part of the reef is covered with a carpet of anemones hence the name. You are likely to see lots of moray eels and zebra fish in the area.
