SEA Tours, abbreviated from South East Asia Tours, was founded in March 1977 and has become one of Thailand’s largest and leading travel agencies. Led by Ms. Supanee Bencharit (previously Mrs. Supanee Panyarachun) Managing Director, the Company has both Inbound and Outbound operations with branch offices in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket and leading hotels in Bangkok.
Ms. Bencharit is well known in the business circle. Having been past President of The Thai Travel Agents Association, International Women’s Club and Soroptimist International of Dusit, she is also their current advisor. With more than 30 years in the travel industry, she is able to share her experience in offering quality products to both Inbound and Outbound customers.
Outbound Department
The Outbound Department is under the direct supervision of Ms. Bencharit assisted by her son Mr. Krid Panyarachun, a graduate of Harvard University, USA, who has recently joined the Company as Manager of GSA Department. SEA Tours, an IATA approved agency, has qualified staff that caters to leisure and business travelers and to individual as well as to large groups for air ticketing, hotel reservation and outbound tours worldwide. Mrs. Phensri Bencharit is the Manager in charge of Outbound Tours and Ticketing. Mr. Aniwat Laopiroon, who has more than 25 years of experience in the airline industry, is the Head of the Air-Ticketing Unit. We have an in-plant service at Unesco and are also purveyors of air ticket to Multi-National Corporations like Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., Italian Thai Development Co., Ltd., Kimberly-Clark Thailand Ltd., and Kasikorn Bank PCL.
We are also the General Sales Agent (GSA) and Preferred Agent for the following:

Inbound Department
The Inbound Department is under the supervision of Mr. Pairat Bencharit, a graduate of Cambridge University in the U.K., who has brought valuable experience
from his working at Shell Oil and running his own trading company.
The Department’s Sales & Marketing Manager is Mr. Krai Panyarachun, a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University’s Travel Industry Management School. Having successfully interned at American Express Honolulu, he has accumulated vast experience in both the domestic and international arena, and represents the company in various trade associations like PATA, ASTA, AFTA and SITE.
Our special events division is able to provide planning, logistics and handling for conferences, meetings, theme parties etc.
We provide guided tours around the country, hotel reservation, meet & greet, transfer etc. and flight re-confirmation and new flight booking if required.
Branch offices in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai & Phuket
The branch offices have the capability and expertise to handle the many varied functions of the head office. The Phuket office provides ground handling, transfer and tours for cruise ship’s passenger on their weekly call. The Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai offices handle all F.I.T, group and convention.
The General Manager for Southern Thailand, Ms. Orachorn Saisrithong based in Phuket, graduated with an MBA from St Joseph University in Pennsylvania USA.
The General Manager for Northern Thailand, Ms. Piyawan Thongbai based in Chiang Mai is a graduate of Chiang Mai University.

Sightseeing Tours
We operate daily sightseeing tours in Bangkok from our counter at the Shangri-La Hotel.
Package Tours for Groups and FIT
We also operate package tours for groups and FIT both in Bangkok and to the well-known resorts of Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Samui Island, trekking in Northern Thailand and other destinations in Thailand.
Incentive and Special Interest Groups
To accommodate the many varied requests, a range of services is available: transfers, sightseeing, hotel reservation, domestic air and rail travel, special luncheon/dinner. We are able to provide assistance in making contacts with local government offices/departments, business and professional associations for special interest groups.
Conventions
We have extensive experience in servicing meetings and conventions ranging from a few hundred to more than 1,000 + participants.
Shore Excursion for Cruise Passengers
We currently serve 14 cruise lines making a total of more than 250 calls in Bangkok and Phuket. The services provided range from meet & greet to transfer and sightseeing, hotel reservations, special tours and dinner arrangement.

Insurance Coverage
SEA Tours has the following General Liability insurance coverage for all clients participating in a tour conducted by SEA Tours within the territorial limits of The Kingdom of Thailand. General Liability Insurance US$2,000,000 in aggregate for any one occurrence and subject to US$1,000,000 maximum for any one person.
